Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for returns, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Supplements
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Contact customer support at info@ironmansupplement.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you the wrong product or the product arrived damaged.
- Refund Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent to you. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@ironmansupplement.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product. Please provide a description of the damage, and if possible, photos for verification.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
